Chocolate Peppermint Cookies  






Ingredients Needed

-8oz package of Philadelphia's Cream Cheese
-1 Cup of Sugar
-2 tsp of Vanilla
-3/4 cup (1-1 1/2 sticks)of butter
-2 1/2 cups of flour
-1/2 tsp of baking soda
4 pieces of melted Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate
1 pack 6oz of Baker's Premium white chocolate
-6-12 crushed peppermint candies

Directions

-Preheat oven to 350


In a bowl combine your Cream Cheese, Sugar, Vanilla, and Butter and blend until smooth
Then add Flour, baking soda and mix until well blended
Add in the melted Semi-Sweet Chocolate

With a tablespoon add divide into roughly 52 balls. roll each ball until they are about 3ins in length. Then place them onto a cookie sheet. Bend top to form a cane. Place each one about 2ins apart. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until cooked fully in the center.

Remove from oven and cool for at least 5 mins.

Once cooled, remove from the tray.

In a freezer bag place the white chocolate and melt the chocolates in the bag in the microwave. Once all melted cut a tiny tip off of the end of the bag. In a diagonal motion drizzle the White chocolate onto the cookies, top with your crushed peppermint.
